Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Candidate Criteria (Mandatory)

- Gender: Female only

- Age: 28 to 40 years

- Marital Status: Married preferred

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Telesales / Telecalling

- Language: Marathi compulsory, Hindi & basic English required

- Location Preference: Candidates from PCMC area only

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and performance-driven Female Telesales Executive with strong sales

closing skills and good business understanding. The candidate should be capable of handling leads independently

and maintaining a high conversion ratio.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads

- Explain training and coaching programs clearly to prospects

- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively

- Handle objections confidently and follow up until final conversion

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead updates

- Assist clients with registration and payment process

Required Skills & Qualities

- Excellent Marathi communication skills (mandatory)

- Proven experience in sales closing and lead conversion

- Good understanding of business and customer psychology

- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style

- Target-oriented and result-focused mindset

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM/call tracking systems
