Server Engineer / Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Server Engineer to manage, install, and support server infrastructure with a focus on Active Directory (AD), virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and email systems (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, or similar). The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of all server environments and related systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience as a Server or Systems Engineer.

Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Email systems: Microsoft Exchange Server, Office 365 (Exchange Online).

Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).

Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
