machine Installation & Commissioning

Service & Maintenance·        Preventive and breakdown maintenance of dairy machines

·        Diagnosis and rectification of mechanical, electrical, and control issues

·        Replacement of worn-out parts (seals, gaskets, pumps, valves, motors)

·        Ensuring machines operate as per design and capacity

Hygiene & Quality Compliance·        Ensuring compliance with food-grade & dairy hygiene standards

·        Knowledge of CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems and sanitation procedures

·        Handling SS (304 / 316) dairy pipelines, valves, and fittings

·        Maintaining leak-proof and contamination-free systems

Electrical & Control Systems·        Basic troubleshooting of:

o   Motors, VFDs, sensors

o   Control panels

o   PLC/HMI (basic level)

·        Checking safety interlocks and alarms

🧾

Documentation & Reporting·        Service reports and visit logs

·        Machine performance and fault analysis reports

·        Spare parts requirement and service feedback

·        Coordination with service manager and production team

🚗 Field Support & Customer Interaction·        Frequent travel to customer dairy plants

·        Handling customer complaints and technical queries

·        Providing on-call or emergency service support when required

·        Maintaining professional relationship with clients

🧠

Required Skills & Knowledge·        Strong understanding of dairy processing technology

·        Knowledge of SS fabrication, piping, pumps, and valves

·        Ability to read GA drawings & P&ID diagrams

·        Hands-on troubleshooting mindset

·        Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
