Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine service checks and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support customers on-site and remotely.
• Document service reports and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in technical service or equipment maintenance (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
