Job Title: Service Technician / Service Person (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

Bluemaarlin Engineering Pvt. Ltd. works in the field of water and wastewater treatment. We design, fabricate, and assemble treatment plants such as UF, RO, WTP, Softener, DM, and MB systems.

We are looking for an experienced service technician / service person who can assemble and build water treatment plants at the factory as well as at client sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of piping, plant assembly, wiring, and basic fabrication work.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, technically skilled, proactive, and capable of handling installation, commissioning, and site work when required.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Assembly & Fabrication Support

• Assemble water and wastewater treatment plants at the factory and at customer sites.
• Work on systems such as UF, RO, WTP, Softener, DM, and MB plants.
• Assist in fabrication-related tasks when required (drilling, grinding, fitting, etc.).
• Support fabrication and production teams during plant assembly.

Piping & Technical Work

• Perform piping and mechanical assembly of plant components.
• Read and understand space layouts, GA drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Install pumps, valves, vessels, pipelines, and other plant components.

Electrical & Control Panel Work

• Perform basic wiring work related to plant installation.
• Ability to operate and understand control panels such as starter panels and basic automation panels.
• Support electrical connections for pumps, motors, and instruments during installation and commissioning.

Site Installation & Commissioning

• Visit project sites for installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with customers during site work.
• Ensure proper plant operation before handover.

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Maintain basic records and reports using Excel and email.
• Work in a solution-oriented manner and handle tasks responsibly.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in water treatment plant assembly or service work.
• Knowledge of piping, plant assembly, wiring, and fabrication basics.
• Ability to read GA drawings, space layouts, and P&ID diagrams.
• Must know how to operate a computer and use basic Excel.
• Should know how to send and receive emails.
• Must know Marathi and Hindi, with basic English communication.
• Must own a bike with valid documents (License, RC, Insurance, PUC).
• Should be willing to travel to different sites for installation and commissioning.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and willing to work long-term.
• Should have leadership qualities and good coordination skills.
• Should be street-smart and solution-oriented.
• Must be residing near Moshi or Chikhali.

Site Work Requirement

• The job involves site visits for installation and commissioning.
• Site work duration may vary from 1 day to sometimes up to 30 days (rarely) depending on project requirements.
• During site work, company will provide accommodation and food.
• Applicants should be comfortable with occasional site stays when required.

Age Requirement

• 24 – 35 years

Probation & Confirmation

• Probation period: 3–6 months depending on performance and company evaluation.
• Confirmation and salary revision may be provided after successful completion of probation.
