We are hiring an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead Injection Moulding shop-floor operations. The role involves supervising machines, managing manpower, and ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are achieved smoothly across shifts.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

⚙️ Supervise injection moulding machines & daily production

👥 Lead operators & helpers during shifts

✅ Ensure quality standards & reduce rejections

🔄 Handle mold changes, machine setup & troubleshooting

🛠️ Coordinate with maintenance & quality teams

📊 Maintain production, rejection & downtime records

👤 Candidate Profile:

🎓 Education: Diploma / ITI / BE

⏳ Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Injection Moulding)

👨‍🏭 Strong leadership & team handling skills

⚙️ Good knowledge of machines, molds & process parameters

🔁 Willing to work in shifts

💰 Salary & Benefits:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000
