Site Civil Engineer

• Visit project sites regularly for physical measurement and verification of executed waterproofing work.

• Take actual site measurements (area, quantity, levels) as per drawings and site conditions.

• Prepare measurement sheets and BOQs based on site measurements.

• Prepare running bills (RA bills) and final bills as per contract terms.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, project engineers, and client representatives for measurement approval.

• Verify work completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for billing and record purposes.

• Maintain proper billing records, measurement books (MB), and documentation.

• Support accounts team with billing-related clarifications and documents.

• Ensure billing accuracy as per work executed, drawings, and client agreements.
