Site Engineer

Site engineer must be energetic and willing to go the extra mile.

Oversee an entire project or manage multiple small sites.

Have experience of RCC Residential.

Commercial and Industrial Experience is a plus.

Duties :

• Technical Supervision: Overseeing construction activities, surveying sites, and setting out, leveling, and checking of, all site structures.
• Project Management: Monitoring progress, managing daily site activities, and ensuring compliance with blueprints, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Inspecting materials and completed work to ensure they meet quality, technical, and legal standards.
• Problem Solving: Resolving technical issues, design discrepancies, or unexpected difficulties to prevent delays.
• Documentation & Reporting: Preparing site reports, maintaining records, and filling out necessary documentation for local jurisdictions.
• Coordination: Acting as the main technical adviser on-site for subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors, while liaising with clients and engineers.
• Resource Management: Managing materials, machinery, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage to keep costs within budget.
