Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Generate crazy, viral-worthy ideas for campaigns, reels, and trends that make brands stand out online.
• Create and manage short-form content strategies (Reels, Stories, Shorts) to boost reach and follower growth.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce eye-catching visuals and captions that align with brand identity.
• Keep track of social media trends, audio trends, and viral content formats to implement fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns for Digitech Solutions’ social media handles and client brands.
• Monitor analytics and insights to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build authentic relationships with followers.
• Suggest and experiment with new marketing formats, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups to maximize organic reach.

Requirements:

• A creative mind with a strong understanding of trending content and viral marketing.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
• Strong communication and content writing skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to experiment with new ideas.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva & AI Tools.
