Social Media Manager

Handle social presence for all three verticals:

• Peachtree Clinic: health education content, patient awareness, treatments & therapies.
• Peachtree International Academy: course promotions, student engagement, educational content.
• Peachtree Beauty & Nutrition Products: product marketing, branding, and launch campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Write high-performing scripts, captions, hooks, and email content.
• Edit reels, videos, thumbnails; create posts using Canva/CapCut.
• Manage posting
• Track analytics, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Upload and optimize YouTube content with proper SEO.
• Engage with comments, DMs, and community queries.
• Assist in marketing online and offline Academy courses.

📊 Additional Digital Marketing Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Google My Business (posting, reviews, optimization).
• Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
• Ability to run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation & brand awareness.
• Understanding of ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and ad analytics.
• Ability to coordinate with designers/videographers if required.

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years experience in social media & digital marketing.
• Strong command over Marathi, Hindi, and English writing.
• Creative, proactive, and skilled in holistic/wellness content.
• Excellent understanding of audience behaviour and platform algorithms.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on-site at Peachtree Clinic, Wakad.
• Bonus: Experience in beauty, nutrition, or healthcare brands.
