Social Worker

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -

·Providing information about training to the teachers.

·Reaching out to the beneficiaries in collaboration with NGO’s / Community Leaders / Educational Institutions / Women's Groups.

·Communicating /Mobilisation & Coordinating with beneficiaries.

·Maintaining the good relationship with the office staff, Senior Management and beneficiaries for the smooth work balance.

·Work done submission on daily basis at EOD.

·Planning and arranging the training program.

·Coordinating with trainers regarding training.

•Our aim is to focus on development of skills in women in motivating them to develop life skills that will lead to higher paying and good quality jobs, better livelihood, economic independence and the ability to earn for their families.

•The main objective of our institute is to provide adequate training in market relevant skills. It also aims to create opportunities for the development of talent within the country and improve the overall scope and space for underdeveloped sectors. It does so with assistance from the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC).

•We also arrange the training which is successfully processed by Softzeal technology, under the Skill Development program which is specially conducted for the ladies of Pimpri Chinchwad area, the tutorial is done by the institute in an excellent manner.

•All candidates are trained as per NSCD norms and they have gone through the assessments and also, we have certified them. 

·Visiting each training classes during the training program period etc.

·Maintaining records, reports, documents, files and other information etc.

·Perform other office duties as required.

·Should have Two-Wheeler for field work. It’s a mandatory.
