Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Personality Development (PD) Trainer to conduct training sessions for students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for improving communication skills, confidence, body language, and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personality development & soft skills training sessions
• Train candidates on communication skills, confidence building, body language, grooming, and etiquette
• Deliver interactive classroom and practical sessions
• Prepare training material, presentations, and activities
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback
• Handle group discussions, mock interviews, and role-plays
• Maintain discipline and engagement during sessions
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Personality Development / Soft Skills Trainer
• Strong English & Hindi communication skills
• Excellent presentation and public speaking ability
• Confident personality with positive attitude
• Ability to handle groups and motivate participants
• Certification in Soft Skills / NLP / Training & Development is a plus
• Preferred CandidateExperience in training institutes, colleges, corporates, or coaching centers
• Ability to conduct offline classroom sessions
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
