Solar Consultation Executive

Key Responsibilities 

• Visit prospective customers generated through our marketing and telecalling efforts.
• Conduct on-site assessments of rooftops, taking measurements and evaluating site suitability.
• Clearly explain the advantages and savings of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Provide quotations, assist customers in selecting the most suitable solar system, and overcome objections through consultative selling.
• Liaise with internal teams to schedule detailed site surveys and support accurate project documentation.
• Maintain a daily log of customer interactions, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales pipeline and excellent service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any field (Preference for candidates with an engineering background, though not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging customers face-to-face.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the local area; owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage, but highly motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
