Working hrs: 9:30 AM to 6:00 AM

Job Description:

Experience: Relevant sourcing / procurement engineering background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the backbone of the organization for sourcing activities
• Handle sourcing from inquiry stage till vendor finalization, including:
• Vendor identification & development
• RFQ floating and price comparison
• Technical and commercial discussions
• Negotiation and final vendor closure
• Coordinate closely with:
• Sales team (BOQs & customer requirements)
• Purchase & operations teams
• Develop cost-effective and reliable vendor base
• Support new product sourcing and alternate vendor development

Skill Expectation:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Sound understanding of engineering materials & fabrication processes
• Proactive, ownership-driven, solution-oriented approach
