Position: Venue Supervisor
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Role OverviewThe Venue Supervisor supports daily operations, floor supervision, staff coordination, and customer service while ensuring child safety and smooth venue functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesFloor Operations
- Monitor play area & safety rules
- Assist kids & parents
- Support during peak hours & parties
Team Coordination
- Allocate staff duties
- Monitor grooming & punctuality
- Assist in training new staff
Customer Handling
- Welcome guests & explain packages
- Handle minor concerns professionally
Billing & Reporting
- Support counter billing
- Maintain footfall & sales records
Maintenance
- Report equipment/service issues
- Requirements2–4 years experience (Play zone / Retail / Hospitality)
- Good communication skills
- Energetic & child-friendly personality
- Weekend availability required
