Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description: Field Sales Engineer (Industrial Switchgear)

Role Objective:

 To act as the primary field representative for Indian Electro Trade, conducting daily door-to-door business development within the Bhosari MIDC industrial belt to expand our customer base of OEMs, panel builders, and end-users. Introduce our products and services to new potential customers and establish a new customer base in the Industrial Area. Help customers with the technical data / specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Field Visits: Conduct visits to industrial units in MIDC Bhosari to introduce the company’s portfolio.
• Technical Presentation: Explain specifications of electrical components (Switchgear, MCCBs, Contactors, etc.) to purchase managers and maintenance engineers.
• Lead Generation: Identify new projects and upcoming factory setups requiring electrical infrastructure.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a bridge between the wholesale operations in Tapkir Galli and the industrial requirements in Bhosari / MIDC Industrial Areas- Chakan / Talawade.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid permanent driving license (essential for daily commuting between Budhwar Peth and Bhosari / MIDC Industrial areas)
• Soft Skills: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is crucial for building rapport with local factory floor managers and owners. Basic English in needed.
• Experience: 1/2 years in industrial sales is preferred, but a "go-getter" fresher with a technical background is acceptable.
• Should be willing to learn more about the specifications , applications of Electrical Switchgear Products.

4. Medical Leave - will be provided every year (fixed no. of days)
5. Annual Leaves - will be provided every year (fixed no. of days)

Working Timing - Mon to Sat - 11.00 am to 8.00 pm

Salary ( negotiable ) - 26000 to 29000 rupees every month.
