Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining company products and services, and scheduling meetings for further sales communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls on the provided data and generate leads.

• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.

• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.

• Coordinate with the Marketing Head for follow-up on leads generated.

• Maintain and update daily call reports and lead status.

• Achieve calling targets and ensure timely follow-ups.

Initially, for the first 2 months, the candidate will be stationed at the hospital for telecalling — responsible for calling patients, explaining services, and scheduling their appointments.


Requirements:

➢ Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

➢ Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

➢ Confidence in speaking with clients over calls.

➢ Ability to maintain records and reports systematically.
