Job Title: Telecaller (Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and pitch products/services

- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions

- Handle objections and negotiate sales

- Meet daily/weekly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi)
