Career counselling services

Psychometric assessments

Admission support through partner institutes

• Qualify leads and assess readiness for counselling or admission services
• Schedule counselling sessions or assessments where applicable
• Coordinate with counsellors, admissions team, and internal stakeholders for smooth handover
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
• Handle objections professionally and build trust with parents and students
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
