Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects

* Explain property details, pricing, and offers to customers

* Generate leads and schedule site visits

* Follow up with interested clients regularly

* Maintain data records and update CRM

* Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate telecalling/sales

* Good communication & convincing skills

* Basic knowledge of property sales & real estate market

* Target-oriented mindset

* Ability to handle customer queries professionally
