Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients for appointment booking and follow-ups

Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information about services and treatments

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and appointment details in the software (e.g., Zenoti)

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the front desk for scheduling

Share promotional offers and new service updates with patients

Encourage feedback and reviews from patients after services

Follow up on missed or cancelled appointments and rebook as necessary

Maintain daily calling targets and conversion goals

Provide excellent customer support and build patient rapport

Report daily activities and outcomes to the reporting manager
