Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

Promote financial products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, or investment plans

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements

Handle objections professionally and close sales
