📌 Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, and coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling. The role plays a key part in customer engagement and lead conversion for our real estate business.

🧾 Key Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and explain property details and offers
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through telecalling
• Schedule site visits for sales executives
• Follow up with interested and existing customers
• Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and follow-up details
• Handle customer queries with a polite and professional approach

🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduation / HSC / SSC from a recognized board or university
• BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in Telecalling / BPO / KPO / Back Office operations will be an added advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experience in existing customer calling, follow-ups, and lead coordination preferred

🧠 Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, basic English preferred)
• Experience in inbound and outbound calling
• Ability to handle customer queries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Polite, patient, and customer-centric attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, call logs)
• Ability to maintain accurate call records and customer data
• Comfortable working with targets and daily call volumes

💰 Salary & Incentive Structure

• Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentive / Commission: Based on monthly lead performance and conversions
• Assured Monthly Earnings: Performance-based incentives ensure ₹20,000+ per month
• Performance Pay:
• Calculated on individual monthly performance
• Paid as part of the monthly payroll

⏳ Probation Period

• Probation Duration: 6 months
• Performance will be reviewed periodically during the probation period

🕒 Working Hours Policy

1. This policy applies to all employees of the company
2. Office Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
3. Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
4. Employees must complete 9 working hours per day
5. 6 working days per week
6. Monday will be the weekly off
7. Daily timesheet submission is mandatory

📜 Notice Period & Termination Policy

• Notice Period: 30 days
• Either party must serve the notice period as per company policy
