About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Telecaller who will handle customer calls, respond to enquiries, and support the sales team. The role includes making outbound calls, managing inbound enquiries, generating leads, maintaining good customer relationships, and supporting the sales department in achieving targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Call potential customers to introduce the company and its products or services.

·      Answer incoming calls and enquiries from customers and provide the required information.

·      Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s products or services.

·      Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

·      Record all call details, customer information, and lead status in the CRM system.

·      Follow up with interested customers to check their interest and move them toward a purchase.

·      Build and maintain good relationships with customers for future business.

·      Share qualified leads with the sales team and help arrange meetings or further discussions.

·      Work towards achieving daily and weekly call targets and support overall sales goals.

·      Handle customer questions or concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

·      Prepare daily call reports and share updates on leads and conversions with the management team.
