Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining property offerings, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Explain real estate projects clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule property Site visits.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales teams to support closing deals.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th pass / Graduate.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
