Responsibilities: Sales portfolio Management II Performance Improvement II Customer Satisfaction and results driven • Telecalling/customer service agents and executives • Regularly evaluate performance, identify gaps and plan training to improve performance and achieve desired results • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • Resolve customer complaints and follow-up to check if an action has been taken • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance and Achieve 3 conversions per day • Create a supportive environment for the team to excel in sales
