Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Sales Executive to handle client interactions and generate quality leads for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential buyers, explaining property details, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (fresh & existing leads)

• Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits

• Generate and qualify leads for site visits

• Coordinate with sales team for client meetings and follow-ups

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel sheets

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and site visit conversions

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)

• Comfortable with calling and handling objections

• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, calling tools)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Real estate calling experience preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

• Candidate must have their own laptop (mandatory)

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed salary + Attractive incentives per booking

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 1 weekly off
