We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining project details, generating site visit leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to interested buyers

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits

• Follow up with prospective clients regularly

• Maintain customer data in CRM / Excel

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information

• Achieve daily call targets and lead generation goals

Required Skills• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi)

• Basic sales and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle customer objections

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
