Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to support our sales and service objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and follow up for potential conversions
• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
• Handle customer objections and offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls
