Job Description
- Handle IndiaMART / online portal enquiries
- Make first call to customers and understand requirement properly
- Assign or coordinate enquiries with sales/service team
- Do quotation follow-ups regularly
- Maintain follow-up records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with internal team for offer status
- Do payment follow-ups with customers
- Fix appointments for field sales engineers
- Maintain daily call & enquiry report
