Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and performance-driven Female Telesales Executive with strong sales

closing skills and good business understanding. The candidate should be capable of handling leads independently

and maintaining a high conversion ratio.

Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads- Explain training and coaching programs clearly to prospects- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively- Handle objections confidently and follow up until final conversion- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead updates- Assist clients with registration and payment process

Required Skills & Qualities- Excellent Marathi communication skills (mandatory)- Proven experience in sales closing and lead conversion- Good understanding of business and customer psychology- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style- Target-oriented and result-focused mindset- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM/call tracking systems
