Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

·        Explain company products and services clearly to clients.

·        Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

·        Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system.

·        Follow up with interested customers.

·        Handle customer queries and provide proper information.

·        Maintain professional communication with clients.

Required Skills:

·        Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.

·        Basic computer knowledge.

·        Ability to convince and handle customers.

·        Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work in a team environment.
