Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of tele sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Develop and execute tele sales strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue
- Monitor call quality, sales performance, and customer interactions
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Set KPIs and track team performance using reports and dashboards
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and processes
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in tele sales or inside sales
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Preferred Experience Experience in B2B/B2C tele sales (depending on industry)
- Exposure to outbound/inbound sales processes
- Experience managing large sales teams
