BharatPe is a truly Indian' payments company serving the offline retailers and businesses. We empower the merchants to accept UPI payments for FREE' through the BharatPe QR. Merchants can sign up instantly and start receiving the funds immediately in their bank account. BharatPe makes payment acceptance simple by offering merchants a single interface for all UPI apps such as PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and 100 other UPI apps.

Our mission to make payments FREE for all businesses. The intention is to be the utility app for 10 mn+ offline merchants in India for all their business needs. BharatPe is solving for ease of doing business. Payments is our first product and we are working tirelessly to solve for accounting, sourcing of products, lending, customer engagement and compliance for the small businesses.

BharatPe is a fin-tech company and not a re-seller. We are not an aggregator or payment gateway in the traditional sense. BharatPe works closely with our partner banks to develop custom APIs to enable an extremely simple product for the merchants. Our QR technology and deep integration at the bank end is our secret sauce.

About Job Description -

1. Must have a team of minimum 10 FSEs or able to recruit them (freelancers) and has a good reach on competition candidates of Paytm or PhonePe or GPay
2. It's a full time work profile and has a very good opportunity to earn extra incentives as well
3. Need to take gate meeting of sales executives under him and able to guide them about company's agenda on a daily basis
4. Play a vital role in boosting BharatPe sales, India's leading fintech platform for merchants.
5. Must have a full confidence in delivering cross sell targets such as merchant loans, swipe machines, sound boxes etc.
6. He will be handling freelancer FSEs and mentoring them so that they achieve a huge salary amount
