An experienced Shop Floor Supervisor with strong exposure to fixture and mold manufacturing, well-versed in conventional and CNC machines. Capable of planning and supervising daily shop floor activities, coordinating between design, machining, and assembly. Possesses basic tool design understanding to support feasibility and improvements. Strong communication skills to interact with customers, manage internal teams, and ensure timely, quality-driven execution of tooling projects.
