Job Description
Tool Room Incharge.
Manage tool room operations and ensure timely availability and maintenance of tools, dies, and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise tool room activities and team
- Plan and execute tool manufacturing & repairs
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Handle breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Maintain tool inventory and records
- Coordinate with production/design teams
Requirements:
- 5–10 years experience in tool room
- Knowledge of VMC/CNC, grinding, EDM
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Tool & Die
