Job Description (Fresher):
- Assist senior engineers with project tasks and daily operations.
- Use AutoCAD to create and modify design drawings.
- Apply construction knowledge in design and project execution.
- Gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills.
- Support problem-solving, troubleshooting, and product development.
- Collaborate with the team and receive mentoring.
- Progress toward taking on more responsibility and independent work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction knowledge is essential.
