Travel Agent / Consultant

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of travel operations, good communication skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily travel operations including hotel bookings, transfers, itinerary preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for bookings and confirmations.
• Maintain and update internal databases, passenger details, and booking records.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments, confirmations, and documentation.
• Support senior team members in executing domestic and international travel packages.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of travel agency operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to draft and respond to emails professionally.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
