🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and manage high-quality video productions for short-form and long-form content.
• Set up and operate lighting, camera, and sound equipment for professional-quality output.
• Capture cinematic shots, storytelling visuals, and emotion-driven frames.
• Perform basic video editing
• Collaborate with the editor to add subtitles, text animation, and visual hooks.
• Assist in color correction and basic color grading to maintain consistency across videos.
• Coordinate with the design team for thumbnails, hooks, and brand visual alignment.
• Shoot and optimize content for multiple platforms — YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure sound, lighting, and camera balance to maintain professional audio-visual quality.
• Continuously learn and apply new video trends and creative techniques.

🔹 Platform Optimization Format and export videos optimized for various platforms:

• Reels (1080x1920)
• YouTube (1920x1080)
• Facebook & LinkedIn posts (1080x1080)
• Maintain high-quality exports with balanced file sizes for fast uploads.
• Use proper aspect ratios, subtitles, hooks, and retention techniques.
• 🔹 Ad & Promotional Video Creation Edit paid ad creatives for Meta and YouTube campaigns.
• Add headline text, call-to-actions, sound design, and visual storytelling hooks.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align ad visuals with campaign goals.

🔹 Technical & Creative Collaboration Work closely with the Scriptwriter, Creative Director, and Marketing Team.

• Suggest creative ideas during shoots or script planning to enhance video impact.
• Maintain an organized video file system (project files, assets, B-rolls, music, fonts, etc.).
• Manage project timelines to deliver edits before publishing deadlines.

• 🧠 Required Skills & Tools🎮 Software Proficiency Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• After Effects (for motion graphics, text animations)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (for thumbnail and overlay design)
• DaVinci Resolve (color correction optional but preferred)
• CapCut Pro or mobile editing tools (for quick reels)
• 🎨 Creative Skills Strong sense of visual rhythm, music sync, and emotional storytelling
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and cinematic transitions
