Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce precise and high-quality parts. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VMC Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
