Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

- Manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of inventory.

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify discrepancies.

- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, policies, and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.

- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift 20 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
