Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to manage our daily accounting tasks and handle incoming sales enquiries. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our office, ensuring financial records are accurate while providing excellent support to potential customers. 📈🤝

• ​Key Responsibilities:​Accounting: Maintain daily bookkeeping, manage invoices (Inward/Outward), and handle GST/Tally entries. 📑
• ​Sales Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls/emails from customers, provide product information, and share quotations. 📞
• ​Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients for timely payments and maintain records of outstanding dues. 💸
• ​Data Management: Keep a track of leads and sales data in Excel or CRM. 💻
• ​Coordination: Act as a bridge between the warehouse/production team and the customers for order status. 🔗
• ​Requirements:​Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred). 🎓
• ​Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel is a must. 🖥️
• ​Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to handle clients professionally. 🗣️
• ​Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but motivated freshers can apply! 🌟
