·        Production fulfillment against monthly, weekly & daily plan as per sales reqt to meet customer demand.

·        To review the daily, weekly, monthly status.

·        To review the daily, weekly, monthly input status.

·        ERP overview.

·        Give Training to supervisors & operators for machine operating & setting.

·        Take supervisor meeting for production planning & inform them daily status good imagination & visualization.

·        Participated in process improvement activities to reduce tool cost , reduce CT to improve productivity.

·        Daily rejection meeting with supervisors & QA line inspectors

·        Responsible to achieve production target as per cycle time with quality and quantity.

·        Programming of different CNC / VMC / HMC machines.

·        Correction action for rejection & rework trends.

·        Handle customer complaints & give feedback.

·        Continuous improvement/Kaizen activities are carried out.

·        New ideas, suggestions for the development of process up gradation.

·        Monthly MIS presentation to steering committee regarding production dept.
