• Supervise the operations of functions related to Delivery & Dispatch activity of goods.
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed in the performance of delivery & Dispatch activities.

·        Prepare daily records and memos, and maintain filing system for Dispatch.

• Receive In-bound delivery vehicles.
• Arrange and execute order deliveries on regular basis.
• Order Checking, Validation, dispatch co-ordination and unloading.
• Work with various levels of management to find ways to better serve associates and customers.
• Keep updated files and maintain records on delivery/ personnel.
• Update & Maintain stock records on a daily basis.
• Plan and execute vehicle routes as per delivery.
• EOD Reporting.
