🎓 Education: B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (2–6 years preferred)

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• 📐 Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings & specifications
• 🏗️ Generate Running Account Bills (RAB) and final bills
• 📊 Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs for concrete, steel, masonry & finishing works
• ✅ Verify contractor bills against actual executed work & approved measurements
• 📑 Prepare variation orders & change order documentation with cost implications
• 📂 Maintain rate analysis & cost databases for construction activities
• 👷 Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification & progress updates
• 💵 Process payment certificates and ensure timely billing submissions
• 📈 Prepare cost reports & budget variance analysis for project management
• 🔄 Handle price escalation calculations & contract rate revisions
• 🗂️ Maintain billing documentation & correspondence with clients/contractors
• ✍️ Support project teams in cost estimation & tender preparation
• 🎓 Required Qualifications🏗️ Experience: 2–6 years in construction billing & quantity surveying
• 🎓 Education: B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 💻 Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, AutoCAD & Billing Software
• 📘 Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, rates & measurement standards
• 📏 Standards: Familiarity with IS Codes, CPWD Specifications, and standard measurement procedures
• 🔍 Accuracy: High attention to detail & numerical accuracy in calculations
• 🗣️ Communication: Strong written & verbal communication for client interactions
• 📝 Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining detailed billing & cost records
• 🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
• 🏭 Experience in industrial construction projects (factories, warehouses, plants)
• 💻 Knowledge of ERP systems & construction management software
• 🌐 Familiarity with e-tendering platforms & digital billing processes
• 📜 Understanding of contract terms & commercial aspects of construction
• 🏛️ Experience with government projects & compliance requirements
