CNC Lathe Operator

Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with minimum 2–5 years of experience in operating and setting up CNC lathe machines. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, perform machine setup, monitor production, and ensure components meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC lathe machines as per job requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
• Maintain production quality and follow safety standards
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Requirements:

• minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe operation
• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and precision measurement
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
