Job Description
- Set Up & Operation: Prepare machinery by loading raw materials, installing tools, and calibrating equipment.
- Programming/Editing: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to input instructions, or adjust pre-programmed software (CNC programs) for accurate cutting and shaping.
- Quality Control: Measure completed parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet exact specifications.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance; troubleshoot and adjust machine settings during production to resolve errors.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a safe, clean workstation and follow all safety protocols (PPE compliance).
