Job Description

  • Set Up & Operation: Prepare CNC machines for production, including tooling, fixture installation, and loading raw materials.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to determine specifications.
  • Programming & Adjustments: Input instructions, offsets, and codes into the machine's software, and adjust settings to ensure precision.
  • Quality Inspection: Measure finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and adhere to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
