Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process using the SAP SuccessFactors online module.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, including key Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment & Onboarding modules).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Consistent academic performance with first division in the highest qualification.
