Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process using the SAP SuccessFactors online module.
  2. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  5. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  6. Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, including key Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
  2. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  3. Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  4. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment & Onboarding modules).
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Consistent academic performance with first division in the highest qualification.
