Production Assistant

Job Objective

To support the Plant Manager in maintaining structured production planning, inventory control, and documentation systems with the opportunity to grow into Planning Head within 2–3 years based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records for all raw material inward.
• Maintain daily issue-to-production documentation.
• Track scrap generation and returns.
• Maintain finished goods inward register.
• Support dispatch planning and maintain dispatch records.
• Update daily stock and production reports in Excel.
• Assist in weekly and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with accounts team for stock entries in Tally.
• Identify gaps in material flow and suggest improvements.

Process Control & Discipline

Ensure proper documentation for Factory related issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

·       BCom / BBA / Diploma / MBA (Operations preferred).

·       1–3 years experience in manufacturing / inventory / operations preferred.

·       Strong Excel knowledge (basic formulas, data tracking).

·       Logical thinking and structured approach.

·       Good communication in Hindi (basic working English preferred).

·       Willingness to work full-time at factory (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

·       Long-term growth mindset.
